A Contemporary Photography Collection
Clean Your Plate, recently featured in the international exhibition 'Digital Culture' at the CICA Museum in Korea, is a statement on the American food system that consists of twelve porcelain plates, each printed with digital photographs of miniature grocery carts filled with junk food. The images, shot digitally with commercial lighting, invoke the fantasy that the subject matter is yummy. "We are spoon-fed a fantasy that is horribly toxic," Graff states. This fantasy, placed on a porcelain plate, brings the viewer back to reality and forces them to question their options - to buy into the fantasy or to Clean Your Plate of overly processed, chemically added sugars which so often cause disease & obesity. This exhibition follows other recent shows which featured his work including 'Art Amnesty' at MOMA PS1 and a solo exhibition at Astoria Wine & Spirits.
This collection is sold exclusively as a small collection - each plate will only be printed ten times. For pricing or to purchase a plate, please use the contact form HERE. To see gallery of digital images, click HERE. For press release, click HERE.
